Tax Free

Jako turysta posiadający stałe miejsce zamieszkania poza obszarem Unii Europejskiej (UE) jesteś uprawniony do żądania zwrotu podatku VAT, jeżeli zakupione w Polsce produkty wywozisz w stanie nienaruszonym poza obszar UE.

Minimalna kwota łącznej wartości zakupów wraz z podatkiem VAT, na jednym formularzu zwrotu podatku (Tax Refund Cheque) z dołączonym do niego jednym paragonem z kasy fiskalnej, uprawniająca do zwrotu VAT, wynosi 200 zł.

System 3 kroków jest prosty w użyciu i łatwy do zapamiętania, wystarczy postąpić zgodnie z poniższą instrukcją, aby uzyskać zwrot podatku VAT:

1. Sklep - Zawsze gdy robisz zakupy poproś personel o wystawienie formularza zwrotu podatku (Tax Refund Cheque).

BRAK PIECZĘCI CELNIKA NA FORMULARZU ZWROTU PODATKU (Tax Refund Cheque) = ODMOWA REFUNDACJI

3. Punkt Refundacji Global Blue - Wreszcie odzyskaj gotówkę realizując formularz (Tax Refund Cheque) w najbliższym Punkcie Obsługi Klienta Global Blue lub w jednym z partnerskich Punktów Refundacji (listę biur znajdziesz w ulotce dołączonej do formularza) .

126 - 130 (Dz.U. nr 54 poz. 535 z późn. zm)

As a tourist with permanent residence outside the European Union (EU), you are entitled to claim a VAT refund, if you export products purchased in Poland outside EU territory in an intact condition.

The minimum total purchase amount, including VAT, on one Tax Refund Cheque and accompanied by a fiscal cash register receipt, which entitles you to claim a VAT refund, is PLN 200.

The 3-steps system is easy to use and memorise. To get the VAT refund, you only need to follow the instructions below:

1. Store – Always ask the salesperson for a Tax Refund Cheque when you make a purchase. Make sure that your full name, address and passport number are correct and that the fiscal cash register receipt is attached. The date on the Tax Refund Cheque must be the same as on the receipt. Keep the Tax Refund Cheque and the leaflet until the refund is complete.

2. Customs Agency – When you leave Poland and the European Union, you must show the purchased goods (in an intact condition), the Tax Refund Cheque accompanied by the fiscal cash register receipt, and your passport, to be stamped by a Polish or other EU customs official. Export from the EU must be confirmed not later than on the last day of the third month following the month of purchase.
NO CUSTOMS STAMP ON THE TAX REFUND CHEQUE = NO REFUND

3. Global Blue Refund Point – Finally, collect your cash refund by delivering your Tax Refund Cheque to your nearest Global Blue Customer Service Point or to any of the partners’ Refund Points (for a list of locations, see the leaflet accompanying the Tax Refund Cheque). Please remember to cash in the Tax Refund Cheque within 4 months after the month of purchase. A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In Poland, the principles of VAT refund to travellers are governed by the Act on the Goods and Services Tax and the Excise Tax, and by executive regulations to this Act, i.e. Minister of Finance Regulations.

Act of 11 March 2004 on the Goods and Services Tax, Title XII, Chapter 6, Articles 126-130 (Polish Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended).
